      The Stereo Matrix percolator requires a specific water level to function properly and deliver the dual-vortex effect Mobius is known for. Underfilling produces weak diffusion and a dry hit; overfilling causes splashback and reduces the vortex visual. The correct level sits roughly one inch above the lower diffuser slits and is visible through the body of the perc.
