🧠 Our Verdict

Strong recommendation as a replacement or second case for any Carta 3 owner, and a clean way to keep spares organized. The foam is cut for the Carta 3, so owners of a Carta 2 or Carta Sport should buy the case made for their device.

Quick Summary

Focus V redesigned its carrying case for the Carta 3. Inside, custom-fitted foam cutouts hold the device securely, with space for accessories and the Saber electric dab tool. Outside, a back pocket gives you quick access to the Carta 3 without unzipping everything. The case comes in black, with a top handle and a zip closure.

Focus V Carta 3 Bag – The Foam-Fitted Carry Case for Carta 3

The glass is the part that breaks in transit. The foam is the part that stops it. A Carta 3 does not travel alone. It goes with a glass top, an Intelli-Core 3, a Saber and, if you run spares, an extra C3 Connect. Loose in a backpack, the glass takes the hits. In the Carta 3 Bag, each piece has a place.

The foam is cut to fit. Focus V shaped the foam inserts around the Carta 3, so it sits snug instead of sliding around, with room left for the Saber and your accessories.

The back pocket saves a step. When you only need the device, you reach into the back pocket and take it out. The main compartment, with the glass and spares, stays closed.

The same bag ships in every Focus V Carta 3 Kit. This listing is the replacement or second case. See everything else in our Focus V Collection.

Summary: A black, zippered Carta 3 case with fitted foam and a back pocket for quick access.

💬 Common Questions & Answers

Does the Carta 3 Kit already come with this bag?

Yes. Focus V ships every Carta 3 Kit with its upgraded carrying bag. This listing is the same case sold on its own, for replacing a worn or lost case or for keeping a second one, so one can hold home spares while the other travels. If you just bought the kit, you do not need to buy this separately.

Will my Carta 2 fit in the Carta 3 Bag?

The foam in the Carta 3 Bag is custom-cut for the Carta 3, so an older Carta will not sit in the cutouts the way it is designed to. For a Carta 2, the Focus V Carta 2 Carrying Case is cut for that device. Matching the case to the rig keeps the device from sliding around and the glass from taking hits.

What fits inside?

Focus V designed it to hold the Carta 3 securely in fitted foam, with room for accessories and the Saber electric dab tool. In practice, that means the device, its glass top, the Saber, and small spares like an extra C3 Connect. Large glass pieces and full-size water pipes are too big for it.

What is the back pocket for?

Quick access. The back pocket lets you take the Carta 3 out without unzipping the whole case, so the glass and spares in the main compartment stay closed and protected. It is handy when you want a quick session on the go and do not want to unpack everything to get to the device.

Can I pack the glass with water in it?

No. Empty the water from the glass top before packing it, and let the device cool fully. The case is a padded soft case, and any water left in the glass ends up in the foam. Packing everything clean and dry also keeps the case and the foam from picking up smell over time.

How do I clean the bag?

Spot clean it. Wipe the outside and the lining with a damp cloth, and treat sticky residue on the foam with a little isopropyl alcohol on a cloth. Leave the case open to air-dry fully before you pack it again. Avoid soaking it or putting it in a washing machine, which can damage the foam inserts.

Summary: Included in the kit, cut for the Carta 3, holds the device, Saber and spares, back pocket for quick access, pack it dry, spot clean.
