There’s honestly nothing negative to say about the hardware or software of this product. I’d have to reach in order to find any dire ones.
It feels sturdy enough, and the Bluetooth pairing app that is an option to use is almost seamless.
Aesthetically, it looks great. Streamlined and elegant.
It preserves your dab as well with the optimal heating options. You can get 3 hits out of one dab whereas on a regular dab rig, that one hit woulda been the only one.
Cleaning is manageable. Gunk does get into the glass chamber and it can become a bit difficult to clean out.
Other than that, the only zonks I could give this is that maybe it would do better with an app rather than a browser and the recommendation I feel like I need to make in order to buy your own glob mops as the ones that come with the puffco cannot handle heat and will make a sticky, cottony mess.
Overall though, 9/10 for me. Great product.

10/10 device. The iOS "app" is a little buggy (Apple banned vape apps from the App Store; you have to use a Bluetooth Browser, which is pretty cool that it exists, but a native app would be nice.)

Works great! Compared to the Peak the Pro has a bigger chamber and the ability to connect your phone is life changing. In the sense that now you can know the battery life, how hot your dab is, or if you want add more time to the sesh (after heating cycle) counter you can within the app. The ability to customize your lights is nice I’ve always wanted the sunset peak so I tried to match the colors.

Great product, quick shipping . The only thing that's disappointing is , puffco doesn't honor the warranty. My previous peak pro malfunctioned at the unit power connection and they won't repair it . So I bought another one .
