🧠 Our Verdict

Strong recommendation for Elbo collectors and designer toy fans who want the dinosaur characters without a glass price tag. It is a display collectible first. If you want something smaller for a shelf, the Elbo x Felt vinyl figures take up less room.

Quick Summary

Elbo is a glass artist known for dinosaur characters, and those characters run through Elbo's glass, pendants and collaborations. The Elbo x FELT plush line turns them into soft, oversized collectibles. The Raptor plush comes in red, stands about 24 inches tall, is limited to 200 pieces, and ships with a matching dust bag for storage and display.

Elbo x Felt Raptor Plush Toy Red – An Elbo Dinosaur You Can Hold

Same raptor, louder color. The Elbo x FELT collaboration turns one of Elbo's raptor characters into a large, soft collectible, and the red version is the bold one of the pair. Set it next to the green raptor and you have the character in both colors the plush line offers it in.

It is big. The listing measures it at about 24 inches tall, 8 inches wide and 16 inches deep. That is closer to a piece of room decor than a desk toy, which is the point for collectors who want the character to read from across a room.

It is limited. The edition is 200 pieces. Each one ships with a matching dust bag, so you can store it clean between displays or keep it protected on a shelf.

The red raptor stands out on a shelf of glass and vinyl, and it pairs with Elbo's red glass like the Elbo x Slinger Argyle Dino.

Summary: A 24-inch raptor plush in red, limited to 200, designed by Elbo and shipped with a dust bag.

⭐ Who This Product Is For / Not For

Ideal For:

• Elbo collectors completing a set across glass, vinyl and plush.
• Designer toy fans who collect limited runs.
• Gift buyers shopping for someone who loves Elbo's dinosaurs.
• Anyone decorating a shop, studio or game room with art toys.

Not Recommended For:

• Young children. This is an adult collectible sold by a 21+ shop, not a nursery toy.
• Tight shelves. At about 24 inches tall, a vinyl figure like the Elbo x Felt Stego Vinyl Toy (Blue) fits a smaller space.
• Anyone looking for a smoking piece. It is a plush toy only.

Summary: Made for adult collectors and Elbo fans; not a child's toy and not a smoking piece.

⚠️ Known Limitations

• Display collectible. Heavy play wears plush fabric faster.
• Large footprint. Plan for about 24 by 16 inches of space.
• Spot clean only. Soaking or machine washing can damage the shape and stuffing.
• Fixed edition. The run is limited to 200, so a later restock in this colorway is not something to count on.

Summary: Treat it as display art: give it space, keep it clean with spot cleaning, and expect a fixed run.

Pairs with:

• The rest of the plush line: Raptor Plush (Green), Steggo Plush (Purple), Nya Plush (Yellow).

• Elbo's glass, like the Elbo x Slinger Argyle Dino, for a full Elbo display.

What it is not:

• A smoking accessory of any kind.
• A children's toy.

Summary: A display piece that sits alongside Elbo's vinyl, glass and the rest of the plush line.

🧼 How to Display & Care

1. Unbox it and let it rest for a day so the stuffing settles into shape.
2. Pick a spot out of direct sunlight to keep the color from fading.
3. Keep it off damp floors and away from smoke-heavy corners if you want it to stay fresh.
4. Store it in the matching dust bag when it is not on display.

Troubleshooting:

• Problem: dust on the surface. Solution: use a lint roller or a soft brush.
• Problem: a small spot. Solution: dab it with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap, then let it air dry.
• Problem: it lost its shape in storage. Solution: plump it by hand and let it sit upright for a day.

Care: spot clean only, and let it air dry fully. If the rest of your collection is glass, our cleaning and maintenance guide covers the alcohol routine for pipes and grinders, and AFM Glass vs. Heady Glass explains how Elbo-style artist glass differs from production glass.

Summary: Display it out of the sun, spot clean, and store it in its dust bag.

⚖️ Comparison Table

The plush is an approachable way into Elbo's world. The vinyl figures are the shelf pieces, and the glass is the high end.

Summary: Choose the plush for size and price, a vinyl figure for shelf display, or Elbo's glass for the top of a collection.

💬 Common Questions & Answers

Who designed the Elbo x Felt Raptor Plush?

Elbo, the glass artist behind the dinosaur characters in our Elbo Artist Collection. The plush is part of the Elbo x FELT collaboration, which turns those characters into soft collectibles. It sits alongside Elbo's vinyl figures, pendants and glass pieces, so collectors can build a display that covers every format the characters have appeared in.

How big is it?

The listing measures it at about 24 inches tall, 8 inches wide and 16 inches deep. That makes it a large plush, better suited to a shelf top, a corner of a room or a shop display than a desk. If you want something smaller, the Elbo x Felt vinyl figures and the Elbo x GZ Dino Apu take up much less space.

How many were made?

The Elbo x FELT plush is a limited edition of 200 pieces. That fixed run is part of the appeal for collectors, alongside Elbo's design and the large scale. Each one ships with a matching dust bag, which helps keep it in collector condition when it is stored or moved between displays.

Is it a children's toy?

No. It is a designer collectible sold by a 21-and-over shop and made for adult collectors and display. It is soft to the touch, but it is not marketed or sold as a toy for young children. Treat it the way you would treat any limited art toy: display it, keep it clean and store it in its dust bag.

How do I clean it?

Spot clean only. Use a lint roller or soft brush for dust, and dab small marks with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap. Let it air dry completely before putting it back in its dust bag. Avoid soaking or machine washing, because that can damage the fabric and flatten the stuffing.

What other colors are there?

The Elbo x FELT plush line includes several characters and colors. Alongside this red Raptor, we carry the Raptor in green, Steggo in purple, Nya in yellow, and the line pairs with Elbo x Felt vinyl figures in other colors. Display them together, or pick the color that fits your shelf or start a set.

Summary: Designed by Elbo, about 24 inches tall, limited to 200, an adult collectible, spot clean only, and part of a multi-color line.
