Arizer Vaporizers: XQ2 Desktop, Solo III v2.0 & Go SRT

Arizer is a dry herb vaporizer maker based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, established in 2005. The company is known for ceramic convection heating and glass vapor paths: herb sits in a glass tube or bowl, and vapor travels through glass rather than plastic. Angies Boutique carries three current Arizer models: the XQ2 desktop vaporizer, the Solo III v2.0 portable and the pocket-size Go SRT.

      • Brand: Arizer
      • From: Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, since 2005
      • Known for: ceramic convection heating, glass aroma tubes and bowls, precise temperature control
      • At Angies Boutique: XQ2 desktop, Solo III v2.0 portable, Go SRT portable
      • Material: dry herb and aromatic botanicals, not concentrates

      What makes Arizer different?

Arizer builds every current model around glass. The portables load herb into a glass aroma tube that doubles as the mouthpiece, and the XQ2 uses an all-glass bowl with a whip or balloon. Glass keeps the vapor path clean, is easy to wash, and preserves flavor.

Arizer heats with ceramic elements and convection, meaning hot air passes through the herb. The Solo III v2.0 uses an 80 percent convection, 20 percent conduction hybrid, and the Go SRT a 75/25 hybrid, which Arizer tunes for even extraction. All three models give precise temperature control, and Arizer describes them as multi-purpose heaters for dry herbs and aroma diffusion with botanicals like lavender, chamomile and peppermint.

Arizer also makes the Solo II MAX, Air MAX, Air SE and V-Tower. We stock the three models below; call the shop if you are looking for another one.

      Arizer XQ2: desktop vaporizer

The Arizer XQ2 is Arizer's plug-in desktop. It uses ceramic convection heating with precise 1-degree temperature control, a large color display and a programmable remote. You can draw directly through the 3-foot silicone whip, fill balloon bags for sharing, and use the quiet 3-speed fan for assisted draw. The all-glass Connoisseur Bowl has two chambers: a larger Cloud chamber for thick vapor and a Flavor chamber for lighter draws. A replaceable air intake filter keeps the airflow clean, and the base and heater LEDs can show the unit's status at a glance. Custom session settings include a temperature alert, delay start and an auto-off timer. See more desktops on Desktop Vaporizers.

Arizer Solo III v2.0: portable with session and on-demand modes

The Arizer Solo III v2.0 is Arizer's flagship portable, in Sea of Green or Intergalactic. It heats in 5 to 15 seconds and offers two ways to use it: Session Mode for longer, flavorful sessions, and On Demand Mode for quick, heavier hits. The new XL glass aroma tubes hold double the herb of the original Air and Solo tubes, and the original tubes still fit. The included XL frosted glass aroma tube works as a 14mm male water pipe adapter, and the display flips automatically when you turn the unit upside down on a bong. Arizer rates the battery at up to 3 hours of Session Mode use per charge, with USB-C fast charging and use while charging.

Arizer Go SRT: pocket portable with shells

The Arizer Go SRT is Arizer's pocket-size portable, built on its SRT operating system with near-instant heat-up and three editable presets for temperature and heat time. You can load it two ways: fast-swap Go Shells for wide-open airflow and quick reloads, or the Go Glass Aroma Tube for an all-glass draw. The included Go WPA connects Go Shells to any 14mm water pipe, and the display rotates when you flip the unit. It charges over USB-C, works while charging, and has a user-replaceable battery and firmware updates.

How do I get the best results from an Arizer?

      1. Grind your herb medium to coarse; very fine grind can pull through glass screens. See Grinders.
      2. Fill the glass tube, Go Shell or bowl without packing it tight, so air can flow through.
      3. Start at a lower temperature for flavor and step up through a session for more vapor.
      4. Draw slowly and steadily; convection works best with a long, gentle pull.
      5. Soak glass parts in isopropyl alcohol and rinse with warm water. Keep liquid out of the heater.

What else should I look at?
