SHIPPING CARRIERS

Standard, Expedited, and Overnight packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses may also be fulfilled by any of the carriers listed above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Standard and Expedited International Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Each country enforces its own rules, restrictions, and documentation requirements for imported goods. We strongly encourage all international customers to review their local customs regulations prior to purchasing to ensure that the items ordered can legally enter their destination country.

While Angies Boutique provides all required export documentation, we cannot be held responsible for delays, holds, rejections, or seizures by customs authorities—including instances where items are restricted or prohibited for import.

Any VAT, duty taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or import fees applied by your local government are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable on refused or returned international packages.

International orders returned due to non-payment of duties/taxes, incorrect import eligibility, or failure to claim the package will be issued store credit only (excluding shipping costs). Refunds are not permitted for refusal of international packages.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Standard and Expedited Domestic Shipping rates are auto-calculated at checkout based on destination.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Our goal is to process and ship orders within 2–4 business days of receipt (contingent upon items being in stock).

  • Orders placed on Friday will typically ship the following Monday (if in stock).
  • The selected shipping method begins after processing and fulfillment.
  • For back-ordered or pre-order items, please refer to the timeframe listed in the product description.

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.

Delays may occur if:

  • Billing information is inaccurate
  • Billing and shipping addresses differ
  • The payment provider flags an issue

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If a package is undeliverable and returned to:

we are unable to re-ship it without an additional shipping payment from the customer.

SALES TAX

Angies Boutique is required to collect sales tax only within the state of California.

The tax shown at checkout is an estimate. Final tax amounts listed on your invoice may vary based on applicable state and local rates.
E-gift cards are not taxed; however, purchases made using an e-gift card may be subject to sales tax.

DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING ADDRESS PREFERENCES

Your shipping address can be modified at checkout.
If you need to update the address after placing an order, please email support@angiesboutiques.com as soon as possible.

Please note: Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
