Yes. It comes with Empire's Avocadope 14mm male bowl piece, an avocado half with the bowl set where the pit would sit. That makes it ready for flower out of the box. It does not come with a banger or nail, so if you want to use it for concentrates, add a 14mm male banger, sold separately.
Empire lists the Avocadope Mini Rig at 6.5 inches tall and 4.25 inches wide, with a 2.25-inch base, at 372 grams. That is a small water pipe that fits on a nightstand or a shelf. Each piece is hand-made, so the exact height and the size of the avocado top vary slightly from one rig to the next.
It works as both. Empire calls it a mini rig, and its 14mm female joint takes either a bowl or a banger. As it ships, with the Avocadope bowl in the box, it is set up as a small flower water pipe. Swap in a 14mm male banger and it works as a small dab rig for concentrates.
No. The Avocadope Mini Rig is a standalone water pipe with its own base and joint, and it does not attach to any electronic rig. Empire makes a separate avocado-themed glass top for the Puffco Peak, the Avocado Peak Attachment, which only works on that device. The two share the theme and nothing else.
Close, but not identical. Every Avocadope Mini Rig is worked by hand at Empire Glassworks, so the skin texture, the pit and the shades of green vary slightly from piece to piece. The layout stays the same on every one: avocado downstem, avocado top, green-accented arm, 14mm female joint and the matching Avocadope bowl.
Change the water after every session. For a deep clean, pour in isopropyl alcohol with coarse salt, cover the openings and swirl gently so you do not knock the sculpted downstem against the glass. Rinse with warm water and let it dry. Soak the bowl separately in alcohol and salt, and never run hot glass under cold water.
