Subscribers to the SMS list receive a direct link with reserved checkout access, which matters because the most exclusive heady drops and artist collaborations sell out within minutes. The email newsletter sends a 48-hour heads-up but does not include early checkout access. Yes, established heady and artist-collaboration pieces consistently hold value and often appreciate on the secondary market. Signed work from artists like Cap'n Crunk, JOP, Banjo, Mothership, and Sovereignty has appreciated 50 to 300 percent over the past decade for in-demand series. Production limited editions from MAV, Mobius, and Illadelph hold value at or slightly above retail when kept in original condition with packaging. Three factors drive long-term value: the artist's reputation and ongoing output, the edition size (smaller numbered runs appreciate fastest), and the condition of the piece (no chips, cleaned but not over-cleaned, original box and provenance). To preserve value, photograph each piece on arrival, store in original packaging or padded display, clean with isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt only, and never use bleach or acetone. Limited edition drops follow a stricter return policy than standard inventory because each piece is unique or part of a numbered series that cannot be restocked. Unopened, unused limited drops are eligible for store credit exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the original packaging, tags, and authentication documents are intact. Used pieces are not returnable for change of mind. Defective pieces, shipping damage, and authentication issues are fully covered by our 30-day defect guarantee with full refund or replacement at our cost. Photograph any damage within 48 hours of delivery and email customer service with order number and photos. For pre-order drops, the order can be cancelled for full refund any time before the piece ships from our warehouse. Once shipped, the standard limited-edition policy applies. Because limited drops sell out fast and cannot be reordered, we recommend reviewing product photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before checkout.
